Cancellation Policy
1. Maximum Capacity: The maximum number of people allowed in the studio at any given time is 15. 2. Clean up after yourself: Please clean up any messes, spills, or equipment that you may have used during your rental period. If you are not sure how to clean something, please ask for assistance. 3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio or within 20 feet of the building entrance. 4. Food and Drinks: Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only. Please do not bring food or drinks onto the studio floor. 5. Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is not allowed on the premises. 6. No Horseplay: Horseplay is not allowed inside the studio. 7. Shoes: Please wear appropriate shoes inside the studio. High heels and stilettos are allowed with permission as they can damage the floors. 8. No Firearms: Firearms are not allowed on the premises. 9. Damage: Any damages to the studio equipment, furniture or fixtures, caused by the renter or their guests, must be reported immediately and will be the responsibility of the renter to replace or repair. 10. Time Management: Rental periods must be strictly adhered to. Any extension of rental time must be pre-arranged and paid for in advance. 11. Guest Policy: The renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests adhere to these rules. 12. Parking: Please park in designated parking areas only. Do not park in front of or block other businesses. 13. Noise Level: Please be mindful of the noise level during your rental period. Loud noise is allowed, but please notify office staff ahead of time or before filming. 14. Studio Condition: The renter is responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as it was found. Any cleaning fees incurred due to neglectful cleaning will be charged to the renter. These rules are intended to ensure the safety of all renters and the proper maintenance of the studio. One of them is positioned near the entrance, while the other two are located on the top left and top right sides of the sound stage respectively. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
